The weather in Haryana is undergoing frequent changes, raising the likelihood of rain. The Meteorological Department has recently issued an update predicting heavy rainfall in certain districts tomorrow. Here’s the latest forecast:

Haryana Weather Update

Rainfall Across Haryana

According to the weather department, heavy rain was recorded in nine districts of Haryana today. These include:

  • Rewari
  • Sirsa
  • Fatehabad
  • Bhiwani
  • Narnaul (Mahendragarh)
  • Rohtak
  • Jind
  • Sonipat
  • Panipat

Rainfall continued in Panipat and Sirsa till late evening. Meteorologists predict more rain tomorrow in the northern parts of the state. Areas likely to experience showers include:

  • Panipat
  • Karnal
  • Kurukshetra
  • Kaithal
  • Ambala
  • Jind
  • Panchkula

Additionally, fog is expected to reduce visibility in many areas.

Dense Fog and Temperature Changes

Dr. Madan Kheechad, Chair of the Agricultural Meteorology Department at Haryana Agricultural University (HAU), stated that cloud cover could reduce the impact of fog. A cyclonic circulation over northern Rajasthan, combined with moisture from the Arabian Sea, is likely to bring rain to Haryana. Some areas may also experience hailstorms.

The cloud cover and rain are expected to lower daytime temperatures in most parts of the state. However, nighttime temperatures may rise slightly due to the cloud cover.

Fog After Rain

After the rainfall, dense fog is expected in some regions starting January 12. This could lead to further drops in daytime temperatures.

Stay tuned for updates and prepare for changing weather conditions.
